1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Drava mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App or our services.
2. Description of Service
Drava is a mobile application that provides secure virtual card services, including:
- Virtual card creation and management
- Real-time transaction approval via biometric authentication
- Apple Wallet integration for contactless payments
- Transaction monitoring and spending controls
- Card freezing and unfreezing capabilities
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
To use Drava, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- Have a compatible mobile device with biometric capabilities
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and biometric data
4. Virtual Card Services
Our virtual card services are powered by Stripe Issuing and subject to:
- Card network rules and regulations (Visa, Mastercard)
- Transaction limits and spending controls you set
- Real-time authorization requirements for high-risk transactions
- Merchant acceptance of virtual and contactless payments
5. Biometric Authentication
Drava's privacy-first biometric security:
- Biometric data never leaves your device - we use secure authentication tokens only
- Face ID, Touch ID, or device PIN required for transaction approvals
- 8-second approval window for real-time transaction authorization
- You can disable biometric features but may lose some functionality
- Users maintain full control over their biometric enrollment
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or fraudulent transactions
- Attempt to circumvent security features or biometric authentication
- Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Use the App in ways that violate card network rules
7. Fees and Charges
Drava may charge fees for certain services:
- Monthly subscription fees (if applicable)
- Transaction fees as disclosed in the App
- International transaction fees
- Fees are charged to your linked funding source
8. App Availability and Updates
We strive to maintain high App availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. You agree to install App updates promptly to maintain security and functionality. The App requires internet connectivity for most features.
9. Limitation of Liability
Drava's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including unauthorized transactions if you fail to follow security procedures.
10. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time through the App. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or suspicious activity. Upon termination, virtual cards will be deactivated and any remaining balance will be returned per our standard procedures.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms by posting updated versions in the App and on our website. Material changes will be communicated via push notification or email at least 30 days before taking effect.
